Joe joins Hotspex after an extensive client-side career building consumer insights disciplines for retail, CPG, and luxury apparel organizations including Canada Goose, Kellogg’s Canada, and Loblaw. His focus at Hotspex will be on building brands that fit his personal passion of health and wellness. Scott Barlow is responsible for continuing to grow the Hotspex brand across the European continent. Scott takes on the lead role within Hotspex Europe to continue his agency-side career of over 17 years. With extensive experience built within FMCG, Scott will partner with leading brand owners to drive insights that bring action and results in brand growth.

Thomas’s focus has been on branding and communications insights during his career at global agencies such as GFK, where he was Chief Client Services Officer, Kantar, where he was MD of the Technology Practice, and at mid-size firms such as Fuel Cycle, where he was CEO. In all of these positions he has led high performing teams that have helped clients in a variety of B2C and B2B verticals build their brands and drive business success.
Lyda joined Hotspex in 2011 and since then she has advanced through multiple research roles from Research Analyst to AVP. Throughout these years she has worked on variety of research including foundational brand positioning research, concept, counting retail, CPG, non-profit organizations, telecommunications and financial services among others.
Jonathan leads strategic growth and brand building at Hotspex, which includes taking a leading role helping our global clients accelerate brand growth. He has 15 years of experience ideating, developing, and activating brands across 5 different industries, including both client and agency side.

Kristy joined Hotspex in 2007 after completing her degree in statistics at the University of Toronto. She started in our Tabulations team and has continued to grow her skills and expand her interests, progressing to VP of Operations.
