We are thrilled to announce the addition of Esha Hendre to the team as Associate Director!

With an MBA in Communication Management (Advertising), Esha has always been passionate about decoding how people connect and interact with various products & brands they buy. Esha has 8+ years of international experience handling qualitative as well as quantitative research on both agency & client side for several CPG, personal care, F&B, retail, health/pharma brands. She also has experience in setting up, training, and managing cross-functional research teams and managing research processes & operations including key vendors. While it’s a constant endeavour to strive for excellence, she is always looking for ways to simplify things, organize better, and always learn from everyone and everything around.

Neuroscience within creative development research has been a key area of interest for Esha, and as a member of our Research team, she is excited to develop her expertise further using Hotspex’s rich & diverse propriety toolset based on principles of behavioural science to equip clients with deeper consumer understanding, ultimately helping grow their businesses.
