Greetings, and welcome to the Hotspex Summer newsletter. In this edition we've tried to include as much info as possible on new Hotspex happenings, brands you've helped innovate, and recent prize-winners. |

This is always a challenge – there's so much to share! One thing that cannot be overlooked is the results of our most recent Innovator satisfaction survey. A whopping 71% of you share the opinion that when compared to other survey panels, Hotspex is significantly or slightly better than others. This is an amazing compliment that we are very proud to accept. As a team, the entire Hotspex staff work diligently to bring you the most innovative and engaging surveys on the internet. We're extremely happy that you recognize this commitment.

Remember Rob, the winner of Hotspex's 'Trip of a Lifetime' contest? He's back from his 19-day cruise to Hawaii, and guess what? He fell in love on his trip! Here's Rob's story:

| My final decision was to travel solo and take a long Hawaiian cruise from San Diego to my home city of Vancouver, BC. How fantastic is that? I am a health conscious individual and a large part of the purpose of my decision to go on this cruise was to look after myself both physically and mentally. |

On Wednesday we docked in Honolulu. I had left that day free to meet and get to know someone I had only chatted with on line and on the phone. As it turns out that day was rainy and surprisingly cool – however it was a day that would change my life. Yup – love at first site when we finally met. I left Oahu that night happy, in love and committed to seeing this person again as soon as it was possible.
Friday I disembarked in Lahaina, Maui only to find that the person I met in Honolulu had flown in to meet me. The weather was perfect and we spent the day at Big Beach confirming that this was something special. We had dinner on the water at a wonderful restaurant overlooking a great sunset.
The next day, my 'Trip of a Lifetime' was officially over. However 3 weeks later that special person I met in Honolulu flew to Vancouver to spend 5 days with me and I will return to Hawaii to see them. It really was the trip of a life time.

Choosing a New Package Design for Juicy Fruit gives Innovators Something to Chew On

Next time you're scanning the gum section of your local convenient store, take a moment to check out the package design that has become the new face of Juicy Fruit. This new design, which was deemed the favorite among the 6 designs tested, was chosen by Hotspex Innovators based on its appeal and uniqueness, both which scored very well. |
|
And, when asked what's important to them when buying gum, Hotspex Innovators declared that a 'great tasting gum' with 'long lasting flavor' is tops. Great work Innovators; yet another product that you've innovated has made it to market!

Congratulations Hotspex Innovators; thanks to you over 395,000 palm trees have been planted in the Peruvian rainforest! If you have completed even one survey with Hotspex in the past 14 months, you have personally helped us in this wonderful achievement. Remember – Hotspex will make a donation to the Rainforest Conservation Fund to plant a tree in the rainforest for each and every survey you complete with us*. Softball Team Proves to Competitors that we're Hot…SPEX!

The Hotspex softball team is certainly living up to our name this year. We're hot hot hot, and definitely spexy! After 'surveying' the competition, we've discovered that we may not be the best team in the league, but we certainly have the most fun! From our team song 'This is Why We're HOT…Spex' to our wild and crazy antics on the playing field, the Hotspex softball team time and time again shows our competition that we know how to have a good time. Check out this year's team photo, led by Hotspex softball team captain and Director of Innovator Relations, Carly. (Or as she's known out on the field as, Carly 'the Crusher'!)
